Gemi Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform lawfully
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and technology are the property of Blanket Health Technologies Private Limited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
