Refund Policy
Welcome to Blanket Health Technologies Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, having CIN U62011MH2026PTC468421 and its registered office at at Flat-26, Bldg-B, Home CHS, Ltd, Near Sadhana School, Santacruz(West), Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400054 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing all payments made by any user (the “User”, “you”, or “your”) in connection with the services, subscriptions, or products made available by the Company through its platform.
All payments made to the Company are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable, except where the Company, in its sole, absolute, and unfettered discretion, expressly determines otherwise in accordance with this Policy. All payments made to the Company are generally non-refundable, except in circumstances expressly set out in this Policy or where required under applicable law. Refunds may be granted in limited situations at the Company’s discretion, subject to the terms set out herein.
Discretionary Refunds
- Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, subject to review and verification by the Company.
- The Company shall evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the request, usage of services, and applicable facts.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
- Decisions relating to refund requests shall be final, subject to applicable legal rights available to the User under law..
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions, and subject to applicable law, no refunds shall be granted by the Company in any of the following circumstances:
- where the User seeks a refund on account of a change of mind, post-purchase reconsideration, or any similar subjective reason;
- where the services have been partially used, accessed, or availed of, or where the User has failed or elected not to utilize the services, whether in whole or in part;
- where any dissatisfaction arises from factors not attributable to the Company, including but not limited to third-party services, external systems, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control;
- where the User’s dissatisfaction is based on a failure to review, understand, or evaluate the features, functionality, or limitations of the services prior to purchase;
- where any delay, interruption, or degradation in service is caused by third-party service providers, network failures, infrastructure issues, or events constituting force majeure;
- where the User’s access to the services has been suspended or terminated due to any breach of the applicable terms of service, policies, or governing agreements.
Mandatory Refund Situations
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, refunds shall be processed where required under applicable law, including but not limited to:
- duplicate payments or erroneous charges attributable to the Company;
- failure of the Platform to deliver the core service due to a demonstrable system error;
- cancellation of services by the Company prior to delivery, where applicable.
Technical Errors
- In the event of any duplicate payment, erroneous charge, or other billing discrepancy demonstrably and directly attributable to a technical error on the part of the Company (“Technical Error”), the User may submit a refund request, subject to the conditions set forth herein.
- The User is encouraged to notify the Company within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction. Delayed requests may affect the ability to investigate and process such claims.
- Upon receipt of a valid request, the Company shall undertake such verification as it deems appropriate. Following such verification, the Company may, in its sole, absolute, and unfettered discretion, determine whether a refund, reversal, or credit adjustment is warranted.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be liable to process any refund where the alleged discrepancy is not conclusively established as a Technical Error attributable solely to the Company.
Subscription Services
- In respect of any services offered on a subscription basis:
- All subscription fees are non-refundable, whether in whole or in part, and no refunds, credits, or adjustments shall be issued for any partially used, unused, or remaining portion of a subscription period, irrespective of the reason for non-use;
- The User may elect to cancel a subscription at any time in accordance with the applicable procedures; however, such cancellation shall only take effect prospectively and shall operate solely to prevent subsequent billing cycles;
- Cancellation of a subscription shall not entitle the User to any refund, rebate, or proration of fees already paid for the then billing period;
- The User shall continue to have access to the subscribed services until the expiry of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable terms.
- Subscription fees shall be treated as charges for access to services during the applicable billing period and shall not be refundable once the billing cycle has commenced, except as required under applicable law.
Refund Processing
- In the event that a refund is approved by the Company in accordance with this Policy:
- such refund shall, unless otherwise determined by the Company in its sole discretion, be processed using the original mode of payment through which the relevant transaction was effected;
- the timeline for processing and receipt of the refund shall be subject to the procedures, policies, and timelines of the relevant payment gateway, banking institution, or financial intermediary, and may vary accordingly;
- the Company shall not be liable or responsible for any delays, failures, or discrepancies in the processing or credit of the refund arising from or attributable to any third-party payment processor, bank, or financial institution;
- the Company reserves the right to withhold or defer processing of any refund pending completion of such verification checks as it may reasonably deem necessary.
- Refund timelines are subject to the processing cycles of payment gateways and financial institutions, and may vary accordingly.
Right To Modify
- The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, amend, supplement, or replace this Policy, in whole or in part, at any time.
- Any such modification shall become effective immediately upon its publication on the Company’s platform or upon such other date as may be specified by the Company. Where required under applicable law, the Company shall provide reasonable notice of material changes to this Policy.
- The User’s continued access to or use of the services following the effective date of any modification shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised Policy. If the User does not agree to the amended Policy, the User must discontinue use of the services forthwith.
Contact For Refund Requests
- All requests for refunds must be submitted by the User in writing through the Company’s designated support channel, as may be notified from time to time. Such request shall include complete and accurate particulars of the relevant transaction, including but not limited to payment details, date of transaction, and the specific grounds on which the refund is sought, together with any supporting documentation as may be reasonably required by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to reject or disregard any refund request that is incomplete, inaccurate, or not submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth herein.
- Submission of a refund request shall not be construed as acceptance of such request by the Company, and all requests shall remain subject to review and determination in accordance with this Policy.
Compliance With Applicable Law
- Nothing in this Policy shall limit or exclude any rights available to Users under applicable consumer protection or other applicable laws.
